The iRobot® HOME App is designed for use on iOS devices running OS 15 or higher and Android devices running OS 9.0 or higher. It is not compatible with desktop operating systems, Windows Mobile OS or Kindle tablets/Fire OS. The iRobot® HOME App has not been tested for use with third party home automation apps. Experiences may vary.
Navigate through the following prompts to determine which operating system you have.
iOS
Settings -> General -> About -> Version
Android
Settings -> “About Phone” or “About Mobile Device” -> Android Version
Android steps may vary from device to device. Check your owner's manual if the steps above are unsuccessful. The iRobot® HOME App will not be visible in the Google Play™ store if your device does not support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or is not running a compatible OS.
